Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Consultant with a passion for innovation and social impact, who will foster Kalibrr into a global leader in recruitment technology helping overseas companies build world-class teams in SE Asia.
Our ideal Marketing Consultant should be able to relate to other roles on many different levels. They should have the following skills to build an atmosphere of creative development and brand success:
1. B2B Marketing Initiatives (Primary Focus):
Inbound Lead Generation:
• Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to drive inbound leads.
• Utilize digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media advertising.
Event Management:
• Plan and coordinate B2B events, webinars, workshops, and conferences to engage potential clients.
Partnership Development:
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand brand reach and generate leads.
Marketing Programs:
• Create and implement programs that enhance client acquisition and retention.
Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
Budget Management:
• Manage the B2B marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
2. B2C Marketing Initiatives:
Jobseeker Engagement:
• Contribute to Kalibrr's jobseeker marketing efforts to attract and retain talent on our platform.
Social Media Management:
• Oversee the management of our Indonesia social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
Event Coordination:
• Organize jobseeker-focused events such as meetups, webinars, or workshops to build community and enhance brand loyalty.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in a marketing or creative agency (preferred).
- Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
- Expertise in digital marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, PPC).
- Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
- Analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics.
- Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Leadership potential with cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative to drive growth.
