Job Description

Kalibrr is seeking a talented and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital and non-digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, user engagement, and on-ground campaign activations across multiple regions. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in enhancing application user engagement and taking ownership of the overall user experience. Furthermore, you will be responsible for optimizing conversion rates at each stage of the user funnel. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and play a key role in the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with the company's overall marketing objectives and regional growth targets.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Analyze marketing data, track KPIs, and generate insightful reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements.
  • Implement strategies to increase user leads and conversion rates through targeted digital marketing efforts.
  • Optimize conversion rates at each stage of the user funnel, identifying and addressing potential drop-offs.
  • Enhance user engagement metrics by creating and executing innovative campaigns and interactive content across digital platforms.
  • Take ownership of the user experience for our applications, ensuring seamless and delightful interactions for our customers.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to identify opportunities for improving the application user interface and user journey.
  • Work closely with the creative team to produce engaging and compelling content for digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and regional preferences.
  • Oversee on-ground campaign activations, working closely with regional marketing teams and agencies to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Monitor and manage the regional marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and achieve cost-efficiency.
  • Will be responsible for gathering user and client feedback and cascading this information to relevant internal teams in order to deliver the best customer experience - Activation and engagement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Increase the number of user leads by X% within the first six months.
  • Achieve a Y% improvement in user engagement metrics (e.g., time on site, click-through rates, social media interactions) over the previous year.
  • Successfully execute Z on-ground campaign activations, generating substantial brand visibility and measurable footfall or participation.
  • Attain a minimum of A% growth in regional market share within the first year through effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Enhance application user engagement, aiming for an increase of B% in daily active users and user retention rates.
  • Improve conversion rates at each stage of the user funnel, targeting a C% increase in conversion rate from lead to customer.

Minimum Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role with a focus on regional or multi-market campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies that drove measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of various digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Experience in driving user engagement for applications or digital products.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and regions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing approaches.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Location:

  • This is a remote position with offices located in Metro Manila and Jakarta.
