Job Description
- Identify and engage potential clients interested in CSR services, encompassing corporations, non-profits, governmental bodies, and international grant organizations.
- Cultivate and manage a robust sales pipeline by meticulously tracking leads and capitalizing on opportunities.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to craft tailored proposals and strategies aligned with client aspirations.
- Foster enduring client relationships by gaining insights into their needs and aspirations.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to discern industry trends, competitor tactics, and burgeoning funding possibilities.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure lucrative contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual advantage.
- Devise and execute holistic sales plans, establish ambitious sales targets, and implement strategies to propel revenue growth.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, meticulously tracking revenue and furnishing regular updates to senior leadership.
- Stay abreast of evolving CSR and grant regulations, benchmarks, and best practices to offer clients well-informed guidance.
- Serve as the company's ambassador at CSR/grant-centric events, conferences, and networking platforms.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sustainability, or a related field. An MBA or master's degree with a specialized focus on CSR is an advantageous asset.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or a related capacity within the domains of CSR, ESG, and SDGs.
- Profound grasp of CSR principles, sustainability, and the dynamics of social impact.
- Exceptional communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal fluency, to effectively articulate CSR strategies.
- Robust analytical acumen to evaluate CSR and grant opportunities, quantify impact, and render data-driven decisions.
- Proven prowess in nurturing and cultivating relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Aptitude for collaborative teamwork across departments, seamlessly integrating CSR/Grant solutions into client organizations.
- Dedication to ethical business practices and corporate citizenship.
