Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Program Lead with a background in foundation/banking/ peer-to-peer (P2P) lending, or financial services to manage and expand our education program. The role requires developing relationships with educational institutions, identifying and onboarding eligible students, and ensuring program sustainability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Development and Strategy

Develop and implement strategies for the 0% interest education loan program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Create policies and procedures for loan application, approval, disbursement, and repayment processes.

Set measurable program goals and KPIs to evaluate success and impact.

2. Partnership and Stakeholder Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with vocational education schools, universities, and training centers to promote the program.

Negotiate partnerships with educational institutions for direct referral systems and collaborative outreach.

Collaborate with community organizations to identify eligible beneficiaries.

3. Beneficiary Recruitment and Support

Develop and execute outreach campaigns to attract potential students.

Oversee the application process to ensure fairness and transparency in beneficiary selection.

Provide guidance to students throughout the loan lifecycle, including financial education and career planning.

4. Financial Management

Collaborate with finance teams to oversee loan fund allocation and repayment tracking.

Mitigate financial risks through robust monitoring and default prevention strategies.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal audit standards.

5. Monitoring and Reporting

Track program performance, including loan utilization, academic progress of beneficiaries, and repayment rates.

Regularly report program outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Develop impact reports for donors, partners, and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in foundation/banking/P2P lending, or financial services, preferably in roles involving loan management, risk assessment, or partnership development.
  • Proven track record of managing programs or initiatives with financial and social impact.
  • Willing to working travel around Indonesia

Desirable Skills

  • Familiarity with educational systems and challenges faced by vocational and university students.
  • Experience working with underprivileged communities or social impact organizations.
  • Knowledge of fundraising and donor engagement strategies.
