Job Description

The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company by identifying, targeting, and acquiring new clients. This role requires a results-driven individual with a strong ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with the company's offerings. The specialist will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute strategies aimed at increasing the client base and achieving revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers across target industries.
  • Develop and implement effective outreach strategies, including cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and business challenges.
  • Present and explain company products or services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value propositions.
  • Qualify leads, arrange meetings, and schedule product demos or presentations.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.
  • Maintain a database of prospective clients and track interactions, follow-ups, and feedback.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new clients.
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed acquisition targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a client acquisition, business development, or sales role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of the company’s products/services and ability to articulate their value to potential clients.
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition targets.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with market research, lead generation tools, and prospecting techniques.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
