- Manages and enhances daily HR operations.
- Performs administrative tasks related to HR.
- Addresses general affairs issues.
- Stays informed about trends, best practices, regulatory updates, and advancements in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Oversees and takes action regarding industrial and government relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, manage HR policies, and oversee administrative tasks such as record-keeping and payroll support
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in law, psychology, or management.
- At least 3 years of experience in comprehensive HR functions.
- Proven experience in managing general affairs.
- Solid understanding of employment law and asset management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English.
