- Memastikan pelayanan pelanggan sesuai standar untuk menciptakan pengalaman positif.
- Mengatur jadwal & rotasi kerja tim
- Mengawasi alur kerja harian & memastikan tim memahami tugasnya.
- Menjalin komunikasi, mengumpulkan feedback, dan menyusun laporan kinerja dengan tim
- Berkolaborasi dalam pelaksanaan program relevan yang ada di toko
Minimum Qualifications
- Pengalaman manajerial di retail/toko buku (min. 2-3 tahun)
- Pemahaman terkait produk buku & tren literasi
- Pengalaman dalam pengelolaan inventaris, stok, & anggaran
- Pengalaman dalam rekrutmen & pelatihan staf toko
- Fokus pada pengalaman pelanggan
- Menguasai Canva & Microsoft Office
