Job Description
Lamudi is seeking a highly skilled and motivated NetSuite System Support Freelancer to join our dynamic team. You will play a role in maintaining and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system to ensure its seamless functionality and efficiency. It will be a remote working arrangement to support Lamudi Indonesia and Lamudi Philippine.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for our NetSuite ERP system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business processes and user requirements.
- Customize and configure NetSuite modules based on business needs.
- Identify and resolve system issues, bugs, and errors promptly.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance activities.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including processes and procedures.
- Conduct user training sessions to enhance their understanding and utilization of the system.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience as a NetSuite System Administrator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of NetSuite functionalities and configurations.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP system implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
