5. Collaborating with healthcare professionals and team members to streamline communication and enhance the customer experience.
6. Staying informed about the latest healthcare industry trends and company offerings to provide knowledgeable support.

• Medical background is preferred;
• Medical Technologist or Nursing background;
• Previous experience in coordination, logistics and managing order;
• Customer service oriented;
