- Responsible for the overall management of the branch's business development operations including deposit and loan generation, as well as crafting strategies to ensure the attainment of the branch's financial objectives.
- Manage and lead the branch team, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet branch financial goals and targets.
- Monitor and maintain branch compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the local community.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development.
- Implement and oversee effective branch marketing and business development initiatives.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and budgets to track branch performance.
- Ensure the branch's security and operational integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in banking or financial services, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
