Sales Design Manager  

Job Description and Role;

• Give directions to the Kitchen Team Sales Division: Selling, Designing, Project Organization, Client Interaction, Site Coordination, Project Management, Afer-Sales, Space Planning, and Appliances Integration
• Handles discounts, stock availability/issues, and the like.
• Check proposals, quotations, purchase orders, and confirmations for Bulthaup, Gaggenau and Lema.
• Provides solutions for issues concerning installations for Kitchen, Wardrobe, and Appliances.
• Accompany the sales team in their Site Meetings to assist them (as needed only); coordinating and choosing sub-contractors needed for installations.
• Monitor and update the Clickup Tasks and Pipeline of the team.
• Conduct Bi-weekly Client List Meetings with the whole kitchen sales team.
• Analyze sales data and statistics to determine the most effective sales strategies
• Project sales and evaluate the sales potential and overall profitability of the company's products and services
• Project Sales Leadership and People Management
• Other duties that may assigned from time to time by the General Manager
• Willing to be assigned in dual locations: BGC Taguig City, and Sheridan Mandaluyong City

Skills and Qualifications:

We expect you to have experience in sales management and/or showroom management – preferably within luxury retail or project sales to consumers. You are outgoing and you know what it takes to drive and motivate a top-performing team of diverse people. You lead by example and are driven to demonstrate how to deliver superior service by exceeding customer expectations. Excellent communication skills, an amazing ability to carry away people, and great listening skills will ensure the success of your and your team’s efforts.

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College degree in Interior Design or Architecture (preferably license holder)
• Minimum of 3 years experience as Sales Manager (preferably in kitchen appliances or showroom Manager)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Results-oriented, excellent ability to utilize and manage the organization’s resources
• High energy and passion for solving customer concerns and needs.
• Effective decision-making skills
