CRM & DATA Manager  

Talent Vision 360 is a subsidiary of LLS AUS GROUP, with many years of expertise across a wide range of industries, particularly in Australia's labour hire and blue-collar markets, specializing in logistics, construction and warehousing.

We are now establishing our team in the Philippines and are looking to build a strong digital and marketing function to help us scale and grow. As such, we are looking for a motivated CRM and Data specialist to join us and help us scale!

Location: BGC, Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines

Full-time, Office based

Salary: PHP 55,000-70,000 per month

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Group Managing Director with a dotted line to the Country Manager, we are looking for a talented specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in improving the use of our CRM and enhancing our understanding of candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimise the CRM system for all aspects of the business to ensure efficient workflows and data accuracy

- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance candidate and client engagement

- Take ownership for the continuous improvement of our CRM platform from a function, data, and optimisatioperspective

- Create reporting and dashboards as required and directed

- Analyse and interpret data to provide insights that drive informed business decisions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM data

- Conduct regular training sessions to educate staff on CRM best practices and data management

- Proven experience in CRM management and data analysis; specifically experience with Zoho highly regarded.

- Strong data management experience and an eye for detail

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficiency in CRM software and data visualisation tools

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field preferredAs a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Country Manager. You need to build and maintain trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
