We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Content Director to lead the development and execution of innovative content strategies that enhance our clients’ digital presence and drive measurable results. In this leadership role, you will lead a talented team of content creators, shaping the narrative and impact of diverse brands across platforms. Your strategic insight, creative prowess, and managerial acumen will ensure client satisfaction through high-quality, impactful content

What are your responsibilities?

  • Lead the editorial process for multiple client accounts, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and communication objectives
  • Review, edit, and optimize written content including blog posts, social media content, press releases, website copy, and marketing materials
  • Collaborate with content writers, social media specialists, and account managers to develop content strategies that achieve client goals
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all editorial projects
  • Provide constructive feedback to writers and help develop their skills while maintaining content quality
  • Monitor content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Stay updated with current digital content trends, SEO best practices, and industry developments
  • Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all communication channels
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content editing.
  • Strong understanding of content best practices
  • Proven experience in managing editorial calendars and content workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Experience with content management systems and social media platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret content performance data
  • In-depth understanding of PR and digital communication strategies, technologies, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with emerging trends in digital media, social media, and public relations.
  • Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to represent the company effectively with clients, stakeholders, and the media.
  • Demonstrated adaptability to technological and industry changes.
