- Mengembangkan skenario testing untuk Unit Test, SIT, dan UAT
- Membuat manual training untuk user
- Berkolaborasi dengan seluruh tim untuk memasikan informasi teknis disampaikan dengan akurat.
- Membuat beberapa dokumentasi teknis seperti guideline monitoring performa system, troubleshooting dan performance tuning aplikasi.
Minimum Qualifications
- Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Technical Writer atau Business Analyst
- Memiliki kemampuan dalam system analysis dan business processes.
- Memiliki ketertarikan dan pengalaman dalam membuat dokumen teknis seperti BRD, FSD, user manual, best practice optimasi system dll
- Memiliki pengalaman atau terbiasa menggunakan Jira, menjadi nilai tambah
- Memiliki pengalaman dan ketertarikan di bidang design dan UI/UX akan menjadi nilai tambah
- Keterampilan komunikasi tertulis dan verbal yang baik.
- Berinisiatif, disiplin, dan dapat bekerja dengan rapi, cepat, dan teliti.
- Mampu beradaptasi dengan baik dan dapat belajar dengan cepat.
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
- Bersedia untuk ditempatkan secara onsite di Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan untuk project selama 16 minggu
