Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior HR professional to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR management and be adept at aligning HR strategies with the company's business objectives to foster a positive work culture and enhance overall employee performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with company goals and foster a productive work environment.
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, develop job descriptions, and implement effective onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluation processes, provide feedback mechanisms, and develop employee performance improvement strategies.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, create development programs, and ensure continuous skill development within the team.
  • Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to labor laws and regulations, updating HR policies and procedures as needed to maintain legal compliance.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage employee compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to maintain competitive advantage.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting: Use data-driven insights to inform HR strategies, track key HR metrics, and report on the effectiveness of HR practices.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior HR team members, fostering their growth and ensuring HR best practices are consistently applied.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a senior HR role, with proven leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and make strategic HR decisions.​​​​​​​
