Client Service Director  

Client Relationship Management:

• Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, developing strong, long-term relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
• Ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction, regularly checking in with clients to ensure their expectations are being met and exceeded.
• Serve as the escalation point for any client issues or concerns, and work to resolve them promptly and efficiently.
• Lead client meetings and presentations, providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive client success.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing client service team (Account Managers, Account Executives), ensuring they have the tools, training, and support needed to succeed.
• Conduct regular team performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and set clear goals and expectations.
• Collaborate with other departments (creative, media, production) to ensure alignment on client deliverables and objectives.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, focusing on growth and continuous improvement.

Strategic Account Oversight:

• Own the strategy, execution, and results of all client campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals and deliver measurable ROI.
• Lead the development of strategic marketing and advertising plans, ensuring they reflect the client’s brand objectives and market needs.
• Ensure that all client deliverables (creative, media, reporting, etc.) are of the highest quality and are delivered on time and on budget.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the scope of work with existing clients, positioning [Company Name] as a trusted partner.

Financial Management:

• Oversee client budgets, ensuring that campaigns are delivered within budget parameters while maintaining profitability for the agency.
• Prepare and present accurate project estimates, cost proposals, and invoices to clients in collaboration with the finance team.
• Ensure effective financial oversight of client accounts, tracking time, resources, and profitability to maintain strong margins.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Monitor campaign performance, analyzing data and reporting insights to clients on a regular basis.
• Provide clients with strategic recommendations for campaign optimization, based on performance data and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports, presentations, and updates to clients, senior leadership, and internal teams.

Business Development & Growth:

• Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pitch new business opportunities, leveraging existing relationships to secure new clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on the latest industry trends, new technologies, and innovative advertising strategies.
• Contribute to agency thought leadership and the development of new services or products that can drive revenue growth.

• At least 8-10 years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar leadership role within the advertising or marketing industry.
• Proven track record of managing and growing large, complex client accounts.
• Extensive experience working with senior-level executives and building strong client relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, media planning, creative development, and integrated advertising strategies.
