Finance Specialist Pooling  

We are on the lookout for a qualified Finance Specialist to help us keep track of and manage the Company’s finances accurately. This position is expected to help us strategize savings and perform significant audits and grow our financial position.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or Financial Management, or equivalent.
• Willing to be trained and keen on details.
• Knowledgeable in using Quickbooks and other financial softwares.
• Proficient in using MS Excel; must be tech-savvy.
• Self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Good financial and analytical skills;
• Coordination skills with various levels of business partners including community partners
• Training and facilitation skills
• Willing to be assigned in Mother Ignacia Quezon City.

Job Responsibilities

• Overall in charge of general accounting works such as preparation and analysis of Financial Reports.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing of books and ensure compliance with accounting standards, principles and existing and applicable laws
• Coordinate with all concerned departments in relation with general accounting reports and preparation.
• Reconcile bank statements and prepare balance sheets.
• Ensure integrity of accounting information and reconcile any financial discrepancies by performing or directing research on any financial issues for compliance and establish over transactions and reporting.
• Handle external audit, reportorial requirements of different government agencies, and other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Support the Finance Manager in day-to-day tasks and perform other duties that are related to the role.
