Management Accounting Manager  

Timely and accurate maintenance of financial reports of all client entities, working in close consultation with the responsible administrator, including:

1. Ensuring accounting records are accurately updated on a timely basis to meet deadlines Liaising with administrators, auditors, and tax agents to obtain and provide information that enables companies to meet statutory filing deadlines

2. Handling the full set of bookkeeping functions (monthly reconciliation of bank balances and securities quantity balances, recording payments of invoices, etc.)

3. Revaluating year-end balances (e.g., foreign currency revaluation; calculate and post fair value adjustments for investments)

4. Monitoring and following up with administrators for client entity transactions such as supporting documents for accounting entries

5. Preparing financial statements and working papers Assisting, checking and reviewing the accounting work of junior staff, as necessary

6. Assisting on specific projects and tasks as assigned from time to time

• CPA designation is an advantage
• A minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience in client accounting and taxation is an advantage
• Excellent bookkeeping and reconciliation abilities
• Ability to prepare financial statements and other financial reports
• Excellent financial analysis and numeracy skills, plus attention to detail
• Proficiency in English; ability to converse in other languages such as Mandarin is an advantage
• Ability to work with team members, administrators and clients to meet tight deadlines
• Expertise in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word; experience using Viewpoint or related systems is an advantage
• Supervisory and leadership skills with a “can do” attitude
