Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery.
- Monitor and optimize the performance, reliability, and availability of production environments.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation tools.
- Manage and improve system monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to detect issues proactively.
- Lead efforts to ensure security best practices across infrastructure, code deployment, and data management.
- Troubleshoot production issues and lead post-incident reviews, driving continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest tools, technologies, and trends in DevOps and cloud engineering.

Job Requirements:
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or related role with a strong focus on automation and cloud infrastructure.
- Expertise in cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Strong experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like Bash, Python, or Ansible.
- Experience with NoSQL database management, especially MongoDB.
- Strong knowledge of system monitoring and observability tools (e.g., New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Expertise with PM2 for managing and optimizing Node.js applications.
- Strong knowledge of security practices in cloud and DevOps environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with serverless architecture and microservices.
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO, SOC, GDPR, or HIPAA.
- Understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
