Job Description
- Answers phone calls and provide important information/ assistance to clients.
- Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance.
- Manages computer/online guidelines for the purpose of responding to customer queries.
- Communicates with customers on the phone or using written correspondence to take care of concerns.
- Resolves customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible without having to transfer the caller.
Minimum Qualifications
- No work experience is required.
- Computer and Web proficient
- Excellent English language conversation skills
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree.
- Willing to deliver the results in Cubao and be designated to changing work schedules
