Formulates and performs product development for new and existing products.
Conducts laboratory and production trial for testing and validation.
Translates laboratory trials into production scale.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of BS Microbiology or related course
- Preferably a registered Microbiologist
- At least 5 years experience in conducting technical studies and product development
- Knowledge in fermentation is a plus
- Innovative, creative, with high technical competence
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Willing to be assigned in Pasig
