Job Summary:
- The Compensation and Benefits Head ensures that the company offers benefits to retain top talent and minimize employee turnover.
- Responsible for executing policies in line with Philippine labor laws and other governmental regulations.
- Moreover, they oversee the division's operations to guarantee adherence to regulations and optimize efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Masters degree is a plus.
- With 8-years' experience in the supervisory role in Compensation and Benefits or similar
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
- Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
