Job Description
- Ensure Journal entries are uploaded and recorded, Account Schedules are prepared and completed and PNL analysis is completed on time;
- Review and consolidate expenses and sales;
- Record and Sorting of disbursements;
- Bookkeeping;
- Record day to day transactions;
- Bank Reconciliation;
- Monitor receivables;
- Monitor month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities;
- Enforce other units to comply with the budgets set by management;
- Generate financial reports specific to the requests of management;
- Assist in preparation of financial Statements on monthly and yearly basis;
- Assist in the preparation of reports for submission to various government agencies;
- Prepare the required supporting documents and other information being requested for internal use;
- Propose process improvements on areas covered;
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
- CPA is an advantage
- 7+ years of experience
- Experience in technology/internet companies is an advantage
