Job Description
- Subscriber Acquisition
- Lead sales team in achieving targets related to growing the company’s subscriber base (account opening/registration of mobile money accounts)
- Develops and manages sales team through constant training, proper deployment, field audits, performance monitoring, business reviews, and collaboration with other cross-functional units
- Generation and collation of complete and accurate reports on all job activity in the area
- Area Management
- Execution of special projects aside from regular sales operations.
- Logistics and planning of deployment areas and resource allocation
- Responsible for deployment, care, and safekeeping of company assets in the area including merchandising materials, remittances, documents, computers and other tools of work
- Business Development and maintenance
- Constant monitoring of subscriber base and their growth needs and updating of methods of engagement
- Added on-ground representative channel for subscribers, partners, and prospects
- Assignment Location: Laguna
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree graduate of any course
- Capable of leading a large team.
- Good business acumen. Knowledge of quantitative management.
- Willing to work in the field. Experience in field sales is a plus.
- Tech-savvy especially with regards to telco, digital, and mobile.
- Above average MS Excel knowledge
- Good social skills
