Inside Sales Representative  

• Answer inbound and outbound calls, with successful representatives answering an average of 40-60 daily calls and closing at minimum 18% of deals daily
• Work effectively individually, as well as part of a team, contributing to a positive environment
• Assist in developing workflows of inbound and outbound calls
• Balance a positive customer experience with a seamless and effective sales process
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, product trends and services offered
• Other sales-related duties as assigned
