Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enhances existing business operations by managing assigned store branches.
- Creates opportunities with the company and its partner stores by developing marketing opportunities at the forefront.
- Plans strategies that could improve overall store operational efficiency, strategic retail geographical locations, sales growth, store inventory management, store development, merchandise standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Promote the company's brands in all sales and operations endeavors.
- Manage, support, and develop a staff that could be an advantage to the company.
- Address customer and staff satisfaction issues promptly.
- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
- Work with an exceptional team that could help you realize your true potential
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the retail or store management field
- Strong professional maturity and integrity
- Has strong leadership ability and drive to achieve business goals and objectives
- Has an excellent customer service orientation
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel nationwide
- Willing to move/relocate to Manila
- Willing to start as a trainee for the position
