Equipment Manager  

• Responsible for overseeing the management of equipment including procurement, maintenance, inventory control and compliance with safety standards.
• Manage the equipment inventory from acquisition to disposition.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and improve an equipment maintenance program.
• Ensure that equipment is in good working condition and available at time of use.
• Ensure that equipment complies with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that necessary tools, spare parts, and materials needed in operation or maintenance are available.
• Conduct safety trainings and seminars to minimize risks associated with equipment use.
• Develop and manage the equipment budget including costs for procurement, maintenance, and repairs.
• Analyze cost-effectiveness and recommend strategies for reducing expenses while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Maintain records of equipment inventory, operation, and maintenance.
• Promote safe operation and maintenance practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Technology, Industrial Management, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in equipment management, maintenance, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment maintenance.
• Proficiency in inventory management and budgeting.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to industry standards.
