Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Emails:
Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries sent to the official email account. Respond to queries promptly and manage email communications efficiently.
- Social Media Support:
Oversee the coordination of social media platforms in partnership with the Global Business Development (GBD) team. Ensure consistent messaging and engagement across channels to promote Niagara College (NC).
- Online Education Fairs:
Lead and participate in online education fairs, representing Niagara College to prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- One-on-One Meetings:
Conduct virtual or in-person one-on-one meetings with prospective students to provide guidance, answer queries, and ensure personalized support during recruitment.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years College diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a Business related field.
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital recruitment or a similar role. (Optional)
- Strong understanding of social media management and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Proficiency in managing online events, such as webinars and virtual fairs, etc.
- Familiarity with online recruitment platforms and tools.
