Frontend Engineer React.js  

• Drive the end-to-end development process across the software development lifecycle to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing cross-platform applications with React and React Native.
• Take ownership of projects from initiation to delivery, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful technical solutions that meet business objectives.
• Perform issue analysis, root-cause identification, and resolution, proactively addressing technical challenges while driving discussions and technical decisions to implement effective solutions.
• Manage technical documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience in the end-to-end development process, from initiation to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of evaluating trade-offs, optimizing performance, and making technical decisions that contribute to long-term project success while aligning with business objectives.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical decisions, complex concepts, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, with deep expertise in React and React Native.
• Meticulous attention to detail in crafting high-quality UIs that optimize usability, performance, accessibility, and design accuracy, including the integration of dynamic elements like animations.
• Experience with state management, data fetching, and caching solutions such as Redux Toolkit, TanStack Query, or SWR.
• Knowledge of integrating with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or third-party SDKs and libraries.
• Proficiency in version control using Git, with experience in collaborative workflows like merge requests and branching strategies.
• Knowledge of testing practices, including the ability to write and maintain unit tests or end-to-end tests.
• Self-managed, with a proven track record of independently driving technical projects to completion and consistently delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Significant experience in product development, driving the product direction and aligning development efforts with business objectives and user needs, potentially in roles such as Development Leader or Technical Leader.
• Proven experience working on production-grade, large-scale, offline-first, or high-intensity software applications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to work iteratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage communication with Product Owners, stakeholders, and clients, driving discussions and technical decisions.
• Experience with other frontend development frameworks or platforms, such as Android or iOS, and a willingness to explore new technologies within frontend development and beyond.
• Experience with CI/CD processes, deployment pipelines, and application release management using tools like GitLab CI, Fastlane, and expertise in managing app publishing for PlayStore and AppStore.
• Experience with backend-as-a-service platforms like Firebase or AWS Amplify, leveraging their features for seamless integration and rapid development.
