Job Description
1. Strategic Leadership and Business Development
Develop and implement the strategic business plan for OSP Philippines to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions within the Philippines.
Lead the exploration and execution of large-scale projects and strategic bids in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
2. Operational and Financial Management
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with corporate goals and compliance with local regulations.
Manage the P&L for the Philippines operations, ensuring effective budget management and cost control.
Implement policies, systems, and processes to optimize operational efficiency and productivity.
3. Team Leadership and Talent Development
Lead, develop, and mentor the Philippine team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Build a motivated and engaged team by promoting professional development and implementing effective talent management strategies.
Ensure key roles are filled with capable leaders to drive organizational success.
4. Sales and Marketing Management
Drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets, ensuring sustainable growth in revenue.
Collaborate with the regional sales team to align market strategies and leverage synergies across ASEAN.
Represent OSP Philippines at industry forums, conferences, and customer engagements to strengthen brand visibility.
5. Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary liaison between the Philippine office and the Executive Management Team.
Build strong relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, customers, and partners to ensure smooth business operations.
Communicate and report on business performance and market developments to the Executive Director and the Regional Leadership Team.
6. Risk and Compliance
Ensure compliance with all relevant local laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
Identify business risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard company interests.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of senior management experience in construction, steel, or infrastructure-related industries.
- Proven track record in business development, market expansion, and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in managing diverse teams and fostering high-performance cultures.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience managing P&L and budgetary oversight.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Philippines' regulatory landscape and business environment.
