Job Description
- Convert inbound leads into paying customers by understanding their unique challenges in field operations and demonstrating how our solution effectively addresses them.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of target accounts, focusing on specific use cases and market segments.
- Design and implement impactful outbound sales strategies to drive customer acquisition.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure sustained satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and execute initiatives to minimize churn and enhance customer retention.
- Proactively identify potential churn risks and re-engage users through targeted communication and personalized outreach.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Minimum 3 years experience in selling software products for SMEs level and 5 Years for enterprise level
- Experience in using sales software (CRM, outbound automation, and leads generation)
