Job Description:
Design training materials and powerpoint slides
Facilitate training topics on Contact Center Services NC II modules on:
- Participate in workplace communication
- Work in team environment
- Practice career professionalism
- Practice occupational health and safety procedures
- Apply quality standards
- Perform computer operations
- Communicate effectively in English for customer service
- Peform customer service delivery processes
- Demonstrate ability to effectively engage customers
- Prepare training reports as needed
Minimum Qualifications

Location: Kalayaan Avenue, Quezon City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:30 possible overtime as needed
Qualifications:
Completed TESDA Trainer's Methodology Level 1
Computer Literate
Physically and Mentally Fit
Atleast 18 months contact center experience
12 months experience in training or as a trainer
