Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:30, On-site Full Time
Qualifications:
Atleast 7 years Experience in training and development
Masters degree is an advantage
Experience in people management as a supervisor, manager or team leader
The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for the following
Plan training calendar
Organize center accreditations
Organize manpower schedule
Coordinate with marketing for course promotions
Ensure operations of the training center run smoothly
Minimum Qualifications
Atleast 7 years Experience in training and development
Masters degree is an advantage
Experience in people management as a supervisor, manager or team leader
Willing to work on site Monday to Friday
