Job Description
- Review completed copy and contextual information in mockups with UIUX
- Create intuitive copy that helps users navigate with ease through digital products. This might include menus, definitions, buttons, labels, chatbots, and error messages
- Instruct first-time users through a product with intuitive microcopy
- Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
- Portfolio of published articles
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Experience in payment services or another industry that is complex, multi-channel, and regulated
- Willing to work at Sunter, North Jakarta
