Job Description
- Work closely with the Creative team to execute designs & resizing the creative template assets for digital, print and videos across multiple media platforms and channels as per requirement of stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the design trends, tools and proactive in suggesting concepts to enhance the visual look of the brand.
- Present & produce fresh & dynamic design that will be used widely for campaigns based on the brief requirement and brand guidelines
- Supervise and guide interns & junior designers ensuring production of high-quality work, providing constructive design feedback.
- Mentor interns & junior designers to develop their technical skills in design software.
- Assist the Creative Manager with design projects as required.
- Gather and transfer all forms of media into editing software and ensure each was updated in the correct format
- Edit video to include preselected music, interviews, sound clips and other important aspects of the project
- Ensure the correct formatting and presentation for finalized static/video assets are according to client's specifications
- Can be assigned related tasks from time to time to support the overall objectives of the business.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Content Designer
- Experience in Sports or Online Games is preferred.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products: After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator
- Basic proficiency in Figma for collaborative design processes
- Advanced to expert proficiency in After Effects for motion graphics and animation.
- Strong conceptual, typography, design, layout, composition, editing, and production skills
- Proficient in digital technology and design principles
- Excellent team player with meticulous attention to detail
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Effective time management, capable of handling multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
- Willingness to work in parallel with US time zone
