Job Description
- Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics related to the business (corporate law and other government regulations)
- Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust
- Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
- Maintain knowledge on updates in legislation which relates to the organization
- Manage the Legal Database
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Law
- Minimum 4 years of working experiences in law firm or corporate legal
- Knowledge of Indonesia laws and regulations
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents
- Having "Peradi" is an advantages
- High standar of integrity and work commitment
- Teamwork person, able to work accurately and under-pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
