Job Description
- Prepare deep analysis in order to improve the quality of PermataBank's GCG implementation in accordance with applicable regulations and best practices.
- Act as a resource person and perform advisory functions to related units regarding GCG, Company Law and Capital Market regulations.
- Prepare and submit reports, both regular and incidental, including disclosure of information to the public.
- Review and update policies and procedures related to GCG and Corporate Secretary.
- Prepare and act as coordinator and consolidator of some reporting related to GCG, including Annual Report.
- Play an active role in corporate actions such as GMS and other projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum S1, preferably Bachelor of Laws
- Have a minimum of 3 years work experience
- Have adequate understanding of Governance regulations (GCG), Company Law, and Capital Market Regulations.
- Able to properly compile and prepare reports, and able to record minutes of meetings.
- Have a good analytical thinking skills.
- Have the ability to speak English, both verbally and written.
- Have a good communication and coordination skills, and be able to work with various work units in cross functions.
- Enthusiastic in learning new things and proactive.
- Mastering and able to operate Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Power Point.
