- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring high-quality work and continuous professional development
- Foster a collaborative environment where team members contribute their expertise to drive data-driven insights
- Oversee the collection and analysis of data from various sources to identify key trends, patterns, and insights.
- Ensure the data used is accurate, reliable, and consistent across all datasets.
- Create and oversee the production of clear, concise reports and dashboards to present insights to stakeholders.
- Develop and execute data management strategies to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and decision-making across the organization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
- Offer recommendations based on data analysis to help improve business processes, products, and services.
- Manage data-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with various teams to prioritize data requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project timelines.
- Provide ad-hoc support and exploratory analysis as needed to assist with business decisions and special projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a data analysis or similar role, with at least 1-3 years in a leadership or managerial position
- Proven experience managing data-related projects and teams, including setting goals, tracking progress, and delivering results.
- Proficient in SQL for querying databases and managing large datasets
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Familiarity with data management tools and platforms (e.g., data warehouses, cloud storage)
- Strong knowledge of data manipulation techniques and experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance
- Previous experience managing a data team in a fast-paced, data-driven organization
