- Conduct the recruitment process and ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Manage employee records, HR administration and policy compliance
- Support initiatives that can improve employee satisfaction, retention and performance
- Support employee training and development initiatives
- Act as a bridge between employees and management to provide feedback and HR-related Issues
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 Years of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology
- Structured yet agile and able to balance efficient systems with flexibility
- Takes initiative and drives results independently
- Good communication skills, able to simplify complex information effectively
- Comfortable with HRIS, ATS, and digital HR tools
- Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy while handling confidential information with integrity
