Job Description
- Respond to privacy and security queries, concerns, requests, and complaints.
- Coordinate with appropriate teams for the resolution of privacy and security queries, concerns, requests, and complaints.
- Monitor and track the end-to-end process or privacy and security queries, concerns, requests, and complaints.
- Create monthly and ad hoc operational reports.
- Recommend privacy support process improvements.
- Improve the company’s privacy compliance posture by leading and participating in information security and data privacy-related audits and compliance initiatives.
- Engage in continuous data privacy training and education.
- Perform all other duties and tasks that will promote information security and data privacy.
- Perform other duties and tasks that will promote data privacy and security and uphold the rights of data subjects.
- Performs other functions that may be assigned by the Legal Director from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in a program of study related to Political Science, Legal Management, Computer Science, or any related course.
- With at least 4 years of related experience.
- Experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
- Familiarity with GDPR will be a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of all applicable Philippine laws, rules, and regulations regarding data protection.
- Responsible and result–oriented
