Finance Manager  

• Responsible for the tax requirements of the company
• Oversee the collection department by providing motivation, strategy and direction to staff to meet the company's collection needs.
• monitoring the collections and billing process by the team.
• Making sure the accuracy of report and implement solution to improve the process
• Responsible for collection activities such as sending follow up inquiries, negotiating with past due accounts and maintaining cash receipts.
• responsibilities will include overseeing end-to-end finance operations, financial planning and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, looking to make improvements to procedures and controls,
• responsible for the financial health of an organization. Create financial reports, direct investment activities, and develop plans for the long-term financial goals of their organization.
• Monitors work schedule and assignment duties, examines work for accuracy, completeness and in accordance to policy.
• Performs other ad hoc tasks assigned.

• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage.
• At least 3 years relevant work experience in Finance or Accounting or similar field preferred.
• Experience in E-Commerce, Logistics or Accounting Firm is a plus.
