- Arranges manpower with other section to prevent shortage especially on bottleneck process.
- Prepares and implements recovery plan immediately, make long term plan to prevent delay in production and ensure on time delivery.
- Knows and shares company's mission and vision and department's goals and objectives until operator level.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- With at least 7 years of relevant experience in the same field.
- With good interpersonal relation, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Manages and improves production operations to ensure safety of members, make high quality and profitable product.
- Establishes budget control to manage waste and reduce production cost
