- Clarify the financial issue in short term and midterm and accelerate the improvement activity to achieve the target.
- Set the cost down target and monitor the progress of overall cost down activity. If necessary, prompt for additional action.
- Maintain and update the standard cost to ensure the accuracy.
- Conduct performance evaluation, feedback and education in order to develop and motivate subordinate.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering course or any Business Management related course
- With at least 8 years of experience in manufacturing setting with strong background of cost management, budget making, midterm planning and strategy
- Have experience in people management
- With knowledge in costing, analyzing and improvement
