Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Head of Digital Marketing to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy in the commercial real estate sector. This role is ideal for a seasoned digital marketing professional with a track record of success in developing and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns. You will oversee all aspects of our digital marketing efforts, from strategy to execution, to increase brand visibility, drive lead generation, and support business growth. As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will manage a talented team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and be responsible for maximizing digital channels to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and lead the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  2. Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to achieve performance targets and maximize ROI.
  3. Content Strategy: Direct the content strategy, ensuring high-quality, industry-relevant content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with the brand’s value proposition.
  4. Website Optimization: Manage and improve the company’s website, focusing on user experience, SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
  5. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to measure, track, and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to inform future strategies.
  6. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team, fostering professional development and ensuring high performance across roles.
  7. Social Media Management: Oversee social media strategies and campaigns, ensuring engagement and growth across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant networks.
  8. Budget Management: Plan, allocate, and monitor the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost-efficiency.
  9. Brand Positioning: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all digital channels, establishing the company as a thought leader in commercial real estate.
  10. Technology Integration: Identify and implement new digital marketing technologies and tools to improve marketing effectiveness and team efficiency.
  11. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Research, and Advisory, to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives and client needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) is preferred.
  2. With at least 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the real estate, advertising firm or related industry.
  3. Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  4. Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Expertise in developing and implementing content strategies that engage and convert target audiences.
  6. Proven experience in managing SEO and SEM strategies to drive organic and paid traffic.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present strategies and results to executive leadership.
