Lead and coach teams to deliver high-quality software products using Agile methodologies.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
Foster a high-performance culture and guide the team in continuous improvement.
Remove any impediments that may hinder the team's progress.
Help the team design clean, maintainable code and ensure adherence to best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience as a Developer with a strong understanding of software engineering practices.
At least 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
Strong ability to design clean code, clean architecture, and implement unit tests.
Deep understanding of the entire SDLC process: Requirement, Design, Code, Test, Deploy.
Proven experience working in the banking or fintech industry.
Solid knowledge of OOP, microservices, cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure), and containerization.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Hands-on experience using Jira in an Agile framework.
