Job Description

1. Developing and Designing Training Materials:
- Create relevant and high-quality training materials related to the multifinance industry.
- Ensure training content includes technical aspects, such as the use of .NET and Angular (if applicable).

2. Conducting Training Sessions:
- Deliver training programs effectively and interactively to employees or participants.
- Communicate technical and non-technical knowledge clearly and systematically.

3. Identify participants’ training needs based on their roles or projects.
- Collaborate with related teams to align training content with organizational requirements.
- Evaluation and Feedback:

4. Measure training effectiveness through post-training evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback to participants to enhance their skills.

5. Continuous Development:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in the multifinance industry and relevant technologies (including .NET and Angular).
- Update training materials to reflect advancements in technology and industry needs.

6. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with development teams to gain deeper insight into the technical aspects of the products or systems used.
- Support team development through knowledge sharing.

Minimum Qualifications

A genuine passion for teaching
Strong understanding of the multifinance industry
Preferably with prior experience as a programmer for 2-3 years to ensure a good grasp of technical aspects
Have experience working with .NET and Angular
Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
Experience in designing technical course content
Ability to address training needs with complete courses
Working knowledge in MS Office (especially Powerpoint)
Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
