Your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive market and business research, analyze trends, and develop actionable insights that support the bank’s product development, strategic planning, and business growth objectives.

• Conduct in-depth research on market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential areas for product/service development.
• Analyze economic indicators, financial reports, and statistical data to provide strategic insights.
• Support the development of the bank’s long-term strategic plans by providing thorough market intelligence and forecasting.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key research findings and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor and report on the impact of implemented strategies and projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of conducting and leading research projects and providing strategic insights.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory environment.
