Team Leader Credit Risk Approval  

The Credit Risk Approval Analyst is responsible for evaluating, assessing, and approving or declining credit requests, ensuring that the bank’s credit exposures are maintained within acceptable risk parameters. The role requires comprehensive credit analysis, risk assessment, and decision-making for various types of credit facilities. This position requires at least 4 years of experience in credit risk management, with a focus on assessing and mitigating credit risk across multiple sectors.

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis on borrowers, including cash flow projections, balance sheet strength, and profitability.
• Evaluate the creditworthiness of applicants by reviewing credit histories, financial statements, and other risk factors.
• Monitor the performance of approved credit facilities to identify early warning signs of credit deterioration.
• Prepare periodic reports on credit risk exposure, delinquency trends, and portfolio performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in credit risk assessment, analysis, or related roles in the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of credit risk principles, financial statement analysis, and risk mitigation strategies.
