- Mendukung layanan customer melalui kegiatan teknis dan administratif
- Membuat perencanaan kegiatan
- Mengawasi pekerjaan team baik yang bersifat rutin maupun project
- Membangun sistem atau regulasi untuk produktivitas team
- Mengambil keputusan untuk hal-hal terkait pekerjaan
- Menyusun dan menyampaikan laporan pelayanan
- Memberikan arahan teknis kepada team
- Berpartisipasi dalam pelatihan anggota tim baru
- Melakukan evaluasi kinerja team
- Melakukan update terkait teknologi terbaru yang dapat diimplementasikan
Minimum Qualifications
- Memahami Autocad
- Menguasai FTTH Skills meliputi Survey, Gambar, BOQ, Perhitungan Manpower, Alat 2 pengukuran OTDR, Splacing, dll
- Berpengalaman sebagai SPV FTTH min. 1 tahun
- Memahami standard K3 untuk teknisi lapangan
- Terbiasa untuk melakukan koordinasi dan memimpin team
- Fasih dalam penggunaan Google Workspace atau Microsoft khususnya untuk pembuatan laporan dan administrasi
- Pendidikan terakhir minimal S1 Teknik Informatika/Sistem Informasi
- Menguasai network troubleshooting dan network maintenance
- Memiliki SIM C dan SIM A
- Memiliki communication skills yang baik
- Bersedia bekerja pada akhir pekan atau hari libur nasional dan berpergian keluar kota
- Penempatan: Bandung
