Cost Accounting Accountant  

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cost analysis for production, operations, and business processes to identify efficiencies and cost savings.
• Develop and manage the company budget and perform cost forecasting.
• Calculate and analyze product costs, including material, labor, and overhead expenses.
• Perform variance analysis between actual costs and the budget, and provide recommendations for improvements
• Monitor inventory costs and ensure efficient inventory management.
• Prepare financial reports related to cost structure, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement cost control measures to ensure proper budget usage.
• Ensure accounting practices comply with applicable standards and regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• At least 5 years of work experience as a Cost Accounting Accountant in manufacturing and public accounting firms (KAP).
• In-depth understanding of cost systems, inventory management, and cost accounting.
• Ability to conduct thorough data analysis and provide relevant recommendations.
• Good communication skills for collaborating with teams and management.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (Accurate).
• Accounting certification (such as CPA, CMA) is a plus.
